Introduction:
Northeast CT Aquatics is a coach-owned USA Swimming club dedicated to providing the best aquatics experience to all levels of athletes in our community. Our staff of skilled coaches develops athletes from swim lessons to club practice than on to competition. We take great pride in watching our athletes develop within our program to graduate high school and compete at the collegiate level.

Philosophy:
NCA aims to create a culture based on the concept of “TEAM” and provide an environment where the athletes feel a part of something bigger than themselves. When athletes care about their teammates, they are more willing to attend more practices, work harder in practice, and have an overall greater experience due to a sense of pride for their team.

Objective:
Promote a family atmosphere. Provide resources for athletes and coaches to achieve their goals. Develop leaders on and off the pool deck. Grow and expand NCA to provide more programming to the community
